Classic Catering by Ray is a family owned and operated business.

Ray has over 16 years of culinary experience. He has worked under one of Edmonton's Olympic award winning chef's and went on to further his education to receive his journeyman and Red Seal certification in 1997.

Tanya started out in the culinary field herself, obtaining cooking certification in 1997.

The business really came about by honoring a favor for a friend, When asked to do a private catering function in a clients home, Ray found himself surprised at how much he loved the catering aspect of cooking.

Literally within weeks of that first "Favor" Ray found he was overwhelmed with the requests he had for further catering functions, mostly by word-of-mouth and referrals from delighted clients. Needing all the help he could get Ray recruited his wife Tanya to be his partner-- and Classic Catering by Ray was born.
